What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Golf Service Associate
  • Positive attitude – because being a grump is no fun.

  • Player focus – obsess over making our players’ experience the best it can be.
  • Ability to thrive in a popular environment – stay calm when things get busy.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, not a must.
What You Will Do in the Role
  • Welcome and assist players with check‑in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info they need to enjoy their Topgolf experience.
  • Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to enhance player experience.
  • Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear.
  • Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including the retail area.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards, keeping guest services area clean and compliant.
  • Live Topgolf’s core values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—every day.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels.
  • Be on your feet most of the day and enjoy walking throughout the shift.
  • Perform a variety of physical tasks constantly; a can‑do attitude is essential.
  • Endurance to keep up the pace in a high‑volume environment.
