Monitor activities across games (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, Rock Climbing) to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe;
Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences;
Keep games and Winner's Choice clean and stocked;
Assist Guests with questions regarding point redemption;
Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests and report wear-and-tear to Technical Team
