Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Compliance

Description We are looking for a skilled Controller to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is a contract position that requires exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to manage financial processes efficiently. The ideal candidate will excel in document management and have experience working with SAP FICO.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee document management processes, including scanning, compiling, and maintaining records with precision.

- Ensure proper control and organization of financial documentation to support business operations.

- Utilize SAP FICO to handle financial reporting, analysis, and system-related tasks.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline financial workflows and maintain accuracy.

- Monitor and enforce compliance with financial policies and procedures.

- Generate detailed reports to assist in financial decision-making and operational planning.

- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

- Implement best practices for document control to enhance operational efficiency.

- Support audits and provide necessary documentation to regulatory bodies as required.

- Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and recommend solutions. Requirements - Proven experience in document control and management, including scanning and compiling documents.

- Proficiency in SAP FICO and its application in financial operations.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively.

- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with financial policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in a Controller role or similar financial position preferred.
