$125,000-$170,000 base

This Controller opportunity is with a mission-driven organization in Metro Atlanta that values strong financial leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence.

• Partner closely with the CFO and leadership team on financial strategy and reporting

As the Controller
, you will:

• Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management
• Partner with the CFO on monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary contact for external accountants
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for organizational leadership

We are open to a range of strong backgrounds. Ideal candidates for this Controller role will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or Master's preferred)
• Experience leading accounting functions and managing staff
• Background in nonprofit, healthcare, or multi‑entity environments

• Initially on-site, with potential for a hybrid schedule over time
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems is a plus
