Financial Compliance, Risk Manager/Analyst
CTG is seeking to fill an AR Manager position for our client.
Location:
Alpharetta, GA Duration: 3 months Role Overview:
Lead the credit and collections function, managing customer credit risk, driving collections strategy, and optimizing cash flow while ensuring SOX compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee credit policies, limits, and approvals; assess risk for new and existing customers.
- Drive collections strategy across aging buckets and improve DSO, CEI, and recovery rates.
- Manage onshore/offshore teams or BPO providers; define SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service on escalations and dispute resolution.
- Ensure SOX compliance, support audits, and maintain controls and documentation.
- Identify process improvements and support system enhancements (SAP S/4
HANA, FSCM, automation tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 7+ years in Credit & Collections / OTC, with 3+ years in leadership or service provider management.
- Strong ERP experience (SAP S/4
HANA preferred) and advanced Excel/reporting skills. - Data-driven, risk-savvy, and able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Preferred:
Six Sigma Green Belt, shared services experience, post-audit recovery, or large customer support.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
