We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Wealth Manager to serve high-net-worth families within a planning-driven RIA where advisors spend their time solving financial problems rather than selling products.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and primary resource for clients across all facets of their financial lives from investments & tax strategy to estate and long-term planning.

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced advisory team in a fiduciary, fee-only environment focused on delivering high-touch service and thoughtful financial guidance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a primary advisor and trusted resource for clients on investments, tax planning, estate planning, insurance, retirement planning, and education planning
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews for both existing and prospective clients
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans and strategies designed to achieve each client’s long-term goals
  • Facilitate and lead client meetings, delivering thoughtful guidance and strategic recommendations
  • Identify planning opportunities and potential risks across all aspects of a client’s financial situation
  • Collaborate closely with internal planning, investment, and operations teams to ensure consistent client service and best practices
  • Coordinate with external advisors including CPAs, attorneys, and other centers of influence to support holistic client planning
  • Stay informed on developments in financial planning, investment markets, tax policy, and regulatory changes affecting affluent clients
  • Contribute to firm initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that enhance client experience and operational efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a client-facing wealth management or financial advisory role
  • CFP, CPA, or CFA designation required
  • Experience working with high-net-worth families, including tax and estate planning considerations
  • Familiarity with the financial planning needs of business owners and medical professionals preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the RIA and fee-only advisory model
  • Experience with wealth management platforms such as Salesforce, Black Diamond, BNA, eMoney, Fidelity, or Schwab is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly with clients and maintain long‑term advisory relationships
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
