Senior Accounting Analyst
The Vital Chek finance team is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. The role is hybrid, with options to work from Alpharetta, GA or Brentwood, TN.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor and improve accounting processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial planning initiatives.
- Support month‑end and year‑end close procedures, ensuring timely reporting.
- Process and monitor both accounts‑payable and accounts‑receivable activities.
- Collaborate with auditors, tax professionals, and internal teams to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering professional growth.
- Identify areas for financial improvement and implement solutions to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Proven accounting experience, preferably in corporate finance or public accounting.
- Robust knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analytics tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 – $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. We offer country‑specific benefits to support your well‑being and happiness.
