Responsibilities include acquiring and expanding share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue. Management of proactive lead generation, appointment setting, client experience and hospitality, risk management, and collaboration with branch staff to identify opportunities.

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking with under 2MM sales revenue.
• Lead proactive lead management and referral generation.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside branch as a COI.
• Deliver differentiated client experience with advanced conversation skills.
• Work with branch team to create referrals and expand share of wallet.
• Create client loyalty through differentiated experience and lobby engagement.
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures.
