This role owns the accounting function end‑to‑end—ensuring timely and accurate financials

Alpharetta, GA (flexibility depending on candidate)

• Base Salary:
  Up to $160,000
• Bonus:
  Up to 30%

• Lead all accounting operations including month‑end close, financial reporting, and analysis
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Drive process improvements and scalable accounting workflows
• Own and optimize Sage Intacct ERP
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls
• Partner with leadership to support business decision‑making

• Proven Controller or strong Accounting Manager ready to step up
• Experience in a $50M–$200M company environment
• Hands‑on experience with Sage Intacct
• Strong leadership and team development mindset
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
• Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
