A leading global specialty insurer is seeking a Head of Program Operations to lead and transform its North American delegated authority platform.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for end-to-end operational ownership of program business, including governance, financial controls, claims oversight and technology enablement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all operational aspects of delegated authority programs across North America
- Oversee MGA, MGU, and TPA performance, compliance, and accountability
- Own premium and claims bordereaux governance and reporting
- Drive financial discipline including reconciliation, funding, and variance resolution
- Lead TPA funding structures and audit processes
- Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, finance, actuarial, and technology teams
- Act as the operational escalation point for program-related issues
- Drive technology roadmap and modern operational capabilities
- Experience in delegated authority / program business
- Strong understanding of MGA / MGU / TPA relationships
- Expertise in bordereaux, claims operations, and financial controls
- Leadership experience with both onshore and offshore teams
- High-energy, solutions-oriented and forward-thinking mindset
