Position Overview

As a full-time teller in PNC’s retail banking organization, you will be based in Alpharetta, GA, at the Alpharetta Commons DeNovo location. This in-office role requires collaboration and customer-centric service. PNC does not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Job Description- Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing, creating loyalty, and increasing share of wallet.
- Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
- Identify banking opportunities during customer conversations and refer appropriately to branch staff.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Leverage technology, tools, and resources to educate customers on options for managing financial transactions.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customers’ problems.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Demonstrate customer focus by aligning customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and creating customized customer solutions.
- Manage risk by assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities, ensuring adherence to PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

- Work Experience: Roles at this level typically do not require a university or college degree, high school diploma, GED, or significant product knowledge. Prior experience is not required; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
