Our client is hiring for a Director of Corporate Accounting in Alpharetta, GA. This role sits at the center of a global finance transformation, leading accounting operations while driving implementations and IPO readiness initiatives. The position requires a hands‑on leader who can bridge technical accounting, systems transformation, and strategic execution. This is a high‑impact role partnering closely with executive leadership in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities- Lead global accounting operations including close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger governance across multiple systems
- Drive SAP implementation, overseeing design and optimization of finance modules while partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Ensure IPO readiness through SOX compliance, internal controls, audit coordination, and regulatory reporting
- Lead transformation initiatives including process automation, system integrations, and team development across finance functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; active CPA required
10+ years of accounting experience with leadership in complex, multi-ERP environments - 7+ years of hands‑on SAP (S4
Hana preferred) experience, including implementation - Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial systems with proven leadership and change management skills
