Finance Manager

Our client, a high‑growth private‑equity‑backed software company seeks a driven FP&A Manager to join their team. This role will be a critical business partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, driving data‑driven decision making, scalable processes, and efficient revenue growth.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to deliver financial insights and support strategic decisions
• Own and enhance forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning models
• Build and deliver monthly reporting on revenue, ARR, and key SaaS metrics
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for investments and acquisition opportunities
• Lead commission calculations and support plan design
• Drive process improvements and build scalable financial reporting and planning frameworks
• Collaborate across FP&A and the broader organization on key initiatives and ad hoc analyses

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within SaaS or a PE‑backed environment
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience supporting sales
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization
• A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to build processes in a dynamic environment
