Ministry Brands is looking for a Corporate FP&A Manager to join our growing team.

Location:
Alpharetta, GA. Hybrid working – team members are expected to come into the Alpharetta office as needed; there is no fixed minimum number of in‑office days. Attendance will be determined by project demands, meetings, and manager guidance.
- Serve as a high‑impact individual contributor within the FP&A organization, focused on enterprise‑wide analysis, planning, and coordination.
- Support senior finance leadership through strategic planning, long‑range financial modeling, market research, ad‑hoc analysis, investment evaluation, and analytical support for M&A activity.
- Build scalable processes and decision frameworks that improve how the company evaluates priorities, allocates capital, and communicates financial implications.
- Coordinate inputs for the company’s strategic planning process, synthesize key assumptions, and develop clear financial analysis to inform executive decision‑making.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s long‑range financial model and related scenario analyses, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operating assumptions.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and industry analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and leadership discussions.
- Provide analytical support for M&A activity, including valuation support, financial modeling, diligence analysis, synergy assessment, and integration‑related planning.
- Manage the business case process: intake, financial review, tracking, and governance of investment requests.
- Streamline and enhance the investment evaluation framework, including ROI analysis, prioritization criteria, decision templates, and post‑investment performance tracking.
- Conduct ad‑hoc financial modeling and analysis to evaluate growth opportunities, cost initiatives, pricing actions, operational improvements, and other strategic decisions.
- Prepare executive‑ready presentations and supporting materials that translate complex financial analysis into clear implications, recommendations, and next steps.
- Own and coordinate recurring metrics packages, ensuring consistent definitions, accurate analysis, clear commentary, and timely distribution to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting, analysis, and automation through better tools, data structure, and AI‑enabled ways of working.
- Strategic, analytical, and intellectually curious finance professional who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, private equity, corporate development, or related fields.
- Advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and Microsoft Excel skills (required).
- Experience with long‑range planning, M&A analysis, business case development, investment evaluation, and executive‑level reporting (preferred).
- MBA, CFA, or CPA (preferred).
- Experience with financial planning, ERP, BI, and AI‑enabled productivity or analytics tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI, Net Suite, Microsoft Copilot) – preferred.
- Ability to use AI‑enabled tools to improve analysis, automate repeatable work, synthesize information, and increase speed and quality of finance deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and coordinate effectively across FP&A and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Ability to work in a general office environment. Ability to handle extended periods of computer‑based work, including telephone.
Travel ConsiderationsDomestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 10%.
