Position Overview

As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC’s retail banking organization, you will be based at the Alpharetta Avalon branch in Alpharetta, Georgia.

• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, increase loyalty, and grow share of wallet.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, teller interactions, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
• Create customer loyalty by performing lobby engagement activities and positioning PNC products to meet needs.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems.
• Manage risk and ensure teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Customer Focused: Knowledgeable of customer needs and aligned with PNC values to create customized solutions.
• Managing Risk: Understand and manage business risks in line with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree, high school diploma, or GED, but do require related experience or product knowledge. Typically 1+ years of related experience is expected. A comparable combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
