About the Role
A Senior Financial Analyst is a decision support role focused on the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) market within the Business Services organization. The role will perform financial analysis, financial modeling, business insight development, and process improvement, including developing monthly forecasts and annual budgets. This position is hybrid in Alpharetta, GA.
Responsibilities- Independently gather, interpret, and analyze information, make assessments, and complete reconciliations.
- Learn the Financial Crime Compliance market and the value propositions of its products and business.
- Gain a deep understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Analyze large data sets, extract valuable insights, and share findings with finance team and business partners.
- Leverage AI to analyze large data sets to gain quicker insights.
- Support month‑end close activities, prepare and analyze schedules and reports, and understand their impact on overall financials.
- Identify problem areas, patterns, trends, or missing pieces; question inconsistencies in financial data elements; and make recommendations for resolution.
- Identify improvements and enhancements, document and recommend appropriate actions, and assist with implementing new processes.
- Support and provide guidance to other functional areas, help with questions, and assist them with solutions.
- Provide guidance to other analysts in the department.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of substantial and diverse financial analysis and accounting experience.
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Essbase, and Hyperion.
- Understanding of financial system structures and data flows.
- Attention to detail and advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking, problem assessment, and recommendation abilities.
- Planning and organizational awareness.
- Conceptual thinking and decision making (problem solving) skills.
- Ability to complete financial analysis with minimal direction.
- Basic to intermediate AI finance understanding preferred.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
