Equipment Finance Documentation Specialist I

This role supports EF Documentation Specialists II & III on post-closing work for equipment finance transactions, handling everything after a deal closes and funds. It's a detail-heavy, process-driven position focused on documentation accuracy, lien tracking, and file management.

• Insurance and title follow-up
• Record, review, and terminate UCC-1 and UCC-3 filings; related data entry
• Create and maintain files for completed packages
• Prepare post-closing loan packages, including tracking exceptions and post-funding items
• Image/file recorded titles and ELTs
• Order, review, and update UCC lien searches; determine when releases or DISCLAIMERS of interest are needed
• Handle lien and title releases
• Sort, file, copy, and scan documentation
• Prepare loan documentation packages
• Verify exceptions and post-funding items for final sign-off
• Adhere to applicable banking laws and regulations

• 1+ year in finance/banking preferred

• Comfortable learning loan/lease accounting software and equipment lease/loan modeling and pricing tools
• Strong Excel and Word skills; broadly comfortable in Microsoft Office
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and make independent decisions

• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
