Supervising Mortgage Loan Officer

Overview

Position:
Supervising Mortgage Loan Officer – based in Greater Atlanta, GA. As part of PNC's Mortgage organization, you will contribute to an inclusive, in-office culture and support work‑life balance. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or STEM OPT for this position.

• Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients’ requirements.
• Manage daily loan activities of a small, high‑performing Mortgage Loan Officer team.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships and seek opportunities to retain and develop new clients.
• Prepare loan solutions and refer other banking products and services; review documentation to ensure compliance.
• Grow, retain and develop an effective sales force to cover the market geography.
• Manage own and the team s pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

• Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriate for the role; ability to perform responsibilities and meet requirements.
• Preferred skills include:
  Banking products, client prospecting, customer relationships, customer solutions, documentation, mortgage products, sales competencies, coaching, effective communications, financial analysis, loan origination, matrix management.
• Work Experience:
  
  Typically requires 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  
  Education:
  
  No degree is required; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
