Family Office Estate & Tax Analyst

A wealth and trust firm whose work is grounded in biblical principles, stewardship, integrity, and real care for the families it serves is hiring a Trust & Estate Senior Associate for its Family Office.

This is an individual contributor position. You'll be the estate-planning specialist behind the advisors: analyzing complex client structures, shaping strategies, building the technical materials, and turning dense planning concepts into guidance advisors and clients can actually use.

• Technical depth in estate and gift. Strong command of estate and gift taxation, trust structures, wealth transfer, and charitable-planning strategy.
• Fluent in the toolkit.
  
  FLPs, LLCs, GRATs, IDGTs, QPRTs, installment sales, CRTs, CLTs, DAFs, private foundations — you know when each one earns its place.
• A document reader. You review estate documents, balance sheets, and existing structures and spot the planning opportunity others miss.
• Diagram-ready. You build sophisticated estate-planning diagrams (Luminary a plus) that make a complex plan legible at a glance.
• A clear translator. You turn complicated technical concepts into practical, plain-English guidance — in writing and in the room.
• UHNW experience. 5+ years in estate, trust, charitable, or advanced wealth planning, meaningfully supporting UHNW clients.
• Credentialed. CEP, CPA, or JD with an estate/tax concentration preferred. Advanced Excel; comfortable learning specialist tech.
• A values fit. You work well within a faith-based, service-led environment.
