Senior Director of Treasury and RCM Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a 13-week cash flow forecasting model.
• Own weekly cash forecasting processes.
• Prepare and present weekly cash balance reporting.
• Develop daily cash management processes.
• Partner with Accounting and Operations teams to improve cash conversion cycles.
• Lead the optimization of end-to-end revenue cycle processes.
• Analyze revenue cycle trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies to reduce claim denials and prevent revenue leakage.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive RCM process documentation.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement using data-driven methodologies.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights regarding key financial performance metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance operations, healthcare revenue cycle management, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing 13-week cash flow forecasting models.
• Proven track record improving DSO, reducing denials, and optimizing collections.
• Experience documenting and redesigning complex business processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational change.

Expertise in cash flow forecasting, revenue cycle management, and financial performance analysis, with a strong focus on process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements through data-driven methodologies.
