Illumia, LLC is seeking a BSA/AML Program Manager to design, execute, and govern its BSA/AML and KYC programs end-to-end. You will coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Banking Operations, serving as the primary contact for regulators and sponsor bank partners.
You will lead the development of risk-based controls, monitor regulatory changes, and drive program improvements across multiple lines of business, ensuring scalable compliance and strong governance.
