Position Summary
  • The Manager, Treasury owns treasury, liquidity, lender compliance, cap table, and shareholder support activities across the Company - including the 13-week cash flow model, weekly cash reporting, lender covenant compliance tracking and reporting, credit facility administration, and cap table maintenance - supporting liquidity management, debt compliance, shareholder activity, funding transactions, and diligence support.
  • This role works closely with the VP Finance, CFO, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Corporate Development, lenders, investors, and shareholders, and requires direct, relevant experience operating in a private-equity-backed partnership LLC environment, stock incentive plans, and private credit facilities - including hands‑on ownership of the 13-week cash flow and lender compliance functions.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Liquidity Management and Cash Flow Forecasting
  • Own and maintain the Company's 13-week cash flow model and weekly cash reporting process - including recurring updates, variance analysis, and reporting to Finance leadership - and provide timely liquidity analysis and recommendations to the VP Finance and CFO to support operational, financing, investment, and shareholder‑related decisions.
  • Monitor cash balances across the Company's bank accounts, manage cash positioning to support liquidity needs and optimize interest income, and partner with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and AP to incorporate receipts, disbursements, debt service, distributions, and taxes into liquidity forecasts.
  • Lender Compliance and Credit Facility Management
  • Own lender covenant compliance tracking, reporting, and related support for the Company's credit facilities - preparing recurring compliance calculations, certificates, and schedules per credit agreement requirements - and ensure principal, interest, commitment fees, and other debt‑related payments are calculated, scheduled, reviewed, and paid timely.
