The Master Stylist is a full-time role based in Alpharetta, GA. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing advanced haircuts, extensions, color services, natural styling, and treatments, while consulting with clients to understand their hair goals and recommending appropriate services and products. The Master Stylist will maintain a clean, organized workstation, adhere to safety and sanitation standards, and foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all clients.

Additional responsibilities may include mentoring junior stylists, staying current with trends and techniques, and contributing to social media or marketing content related to salon services.

• Valid Georgia cosmetology license and several years of experience as a professional stylist
• Strong client consultation skills, including the ability to listen, recommend services, and provide at-home hair care guidance.
• Commitment to sanitation, health, and safety standards in accordance with Georgia state regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on inclusivity, professionalism, and customer service.
• Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule including peak salon hours.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (online booking systems, email, and social media)
• Interest in technical education and product knowledge to enhance client results and experience.

• Advanced proficiency in techniques, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Prior experience as a senior or lead stylist is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in salon operations, including the ability to understand, monitor, and achieve key performance targets and business metrics.
