Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is looking to bring a motivated medical receptionist onto our team!
As Care Coordinator I, you will be responsible for greeting each patient with warmth and enthusiasm. You will oversee the practice workflow as patients move throughout their visit. The target is to ensure a positive patient experience, with consistency and compassion.
Responsibilities- Greet patients
- Maintain discretion regarding patient health information
- Collect new patient intake information
- Route insurance information
- Monitor patient wait times
- Route patients
- Chart organization and preparation
- Collect payments
- Knowledge of medical office management systems
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Friendly
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
