We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in caregiving, particularly for those with developmental disabilities or memory care needs. This role requires a proactive individual who is capable of managing various tasks while ensuring the well‑being and comfort of the client.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
• Prepare nutritious meals, ensuring dietary restrictions are met.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
• Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, focusing on social work principles.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the client.
• Document daily activities and any changes in the client’s condition.

• Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
• Experience in home health care or related fields is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols.
• Familiarity with working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or require memory care.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy and patience.
• Ability to cook healthy meals tailored to specific dietary needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license may be required for transportation duties.
