Position OverviewThe Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will support the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with the Food & Beverage leadership team to uphold our high standards and foster an engaging work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of assigned outlets, including seasonal venues.
Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and purchasing.
Train and develop team members in alignment with Hyatt and Forbes standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization across all venues.
Provide visible leadership on the floor to support staff and address guest needs.
Handle guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations.
Act as a first responder for guest and colleague safety concerns.
Previous leadership experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
