Position Overview :
- IT Senior Business Analyst role to support gathering and documentation of requirements for multiple system migration efforts (legacy to modern).
Responsibilities:
- Gathering and documenting requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, coordinating with development teams on requirements clarifications and hand-off, and supporting the Product Management function within the department.
- Expertise in Customs Brokerage.
