As we grow, we are seeking a dedicated Email & Hub Spot Coordinator to join our team.
About the RoleThe Email & Hub Spot Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing our Hub Spot CRM to drive effective marketing communications, nurture customer journeys, and surface actionable intent signals across the organization. This role will own email execution, lifecycle journeys, list management, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented marketer who enjoys both strategy and hands‑on execution within Hub Spot.
Key Responsibilities Hub Spot CRM & Marketing Automation- Own day‑to‑day management of Hub Spot for marketing use cases
- Build, maintain, and optimize lifecycle journeys and automated workflows (lead nurture, onboarding, re‑engagement, upsell, etc.)
- Configure triggers based on behavioral, firmographic, and intent signals
- Ensure accurate contact, company, and lifecycle stage management
- Maintain data hygiene, including properties, segmentation, and governance best practices
- Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns within Hub Spot, including:
- Marketing newsletter
- Product updates and product newsletters
- Event, webinar, and announcement emails
- Nuture and lifecycle emails
Note: QA all emails for branding, personalization, deliverability, and accessibility
- Manage A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times
- Monitor and improve email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe rate)
- Create, manage, and maintain internal and external contact lists
- Manage dynamic and static segmentation for campaigns and journeys
- Ensure compliance with consent, subscription preferences, and email regulations
- Partner with Sales and Rev Ops to align lists with go‑to‑market priorities
- 2–4 years of experience in email marketing or marketing operations
- Hands‑on experience managing Hub Spot Marketing Hub
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, and segmentation
- Experience building and maintaining email newsletters and nurture programs
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple campaigns at once
- Hub Spot certifications (Email Marketing, Marketing Hub, or Operations) or ability to obtain within first 90 days
- Strong understanding of email best practices, including deliverability, personalization, and compliance
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing environments
- Experience using video content (e.g., embedded video, Hub Spot video, Loom, Vidyard, You Tube) to support email journeys and lifecycle campaigns
- Experience coordinating or publishing social content (organic or paid) to support integrated campaigns and email journeys
