Technical Business Analyst

Overview

This role is a Technical Business Analyst in Alpharetta, GA, with a long-term contract. Pay rate is unknown. Requires 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strong AI and automation knowledge, and a background in financial services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for various projects in the Delta Program, including Intelligent Document Processing, Field Service Efficiency, and Digital Containment.
• Conduct technical and functional analysis of workflow platforms and applications, including documenting Current State, Target State and Gap Analysis.
• Manage and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, technical architecture, sequence diagrams, data flows, system integrations, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to support development and testing.
• Understand the enterprise architecture and the different systems/components involved such as Services, ODM, Databases, UIs, BPM.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout project life cycles.
• Operate in an Agile product development environment, manage stakeholder requests with clear prioritization. Assist with Scrum ceremonies and drive ongoing Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), track defects, and ensure timely resolution through collaboration with QA and development teams.
• Resolve production issues or data quality inquiries with Business and Development teams through investigation into root causes.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of process automation, AI technologies, and workflow management.
• Experience applying Generative AI to enhance analysis and user experience.
• Proven success in Agile product delivery, stakeholder engagement, and product development using design thinking to create user-centric financial solutions.

  Qualification:
  
  Bachelor s degree in the fields of Technology or Finance; 5+ years of experience as a business analyst.
