Analytics Manager

Overview

We’re hiring a Manager of Analytics with proven expertise in sales analytics and performance measurement. This is a strategic role focused on delivering data-driven insights that directly impact revenue growth and sales effectiveness.

You’ll lead the design of dashboards, performance tracking, and analytics tools that provide leadership with clear visibility into what’s working—and what needs to improve. Your recommendations will influence both tactical execution and strategic decision-making across the sales organization.

• Drive data analysis focused on sales pipeline, win rates, revenue forecasting, and sales team performance.
• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI that deliver real-time insights to sales leaders and executives.
• Use SQL and Excel to build reports and uncover patterns in large, complex datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and build scalable reporting solutions.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations that optimize sales strategies and operational execution.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for sales performance reporting and data quality oversight.
• Support quarterly and annual planning with accurate sales data modeling and forecasting.

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or sales operations.
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Deep understanding of sales metrics and how to analyze them to improve performance.
• Strong track record of making data-driven recommendations that impact revenue and sales efficiency.
• Comfortable presenting complex insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Background in revenue operations or GTM strategy.
• Ability to lead analytics initiatives and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
