The role involves configuring a mobile application for iPhone users, ensuring a smooth setup and communication with the main administration engineers.
Responsibilities- Configure Jabber client (Cisco app) for iPhone.
- Follow a full instruction sheet provided for straightforward setup.
- Participate in a MS TEAMS meeting for active communication with the engineering team.
- Report any issues during the configuration process via chat.
- Update and test Jabber for approximately 20 phones per day per resource.
- Work alongside a team of 3 resources.
- Utilize business acumen to locate iPhone users by department or floor.
- Maintain professional attire and clear communication skills.
- Experience interfacing with mobile devices like iPhone.
- Confidence and professionalism in communication.
- Good judgment to avoid interrupting physicians.
- Dependability and proactive communication skills.
- Familiarity with Cisco Jabber is a plus.
$17/hr to $20/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
