* CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PMP CERTIFICATION*Scientific Games, (LLC) digital business unit is seeking a qualified Sr. Digital Project Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing multiple implementations, leading projects proactively, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, proactive, highly motivated, and possesses excellent communication skills to convey project details effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing project activities, timelines, costs, budgets, and resources, while adhering to SDLC best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
You will play a key role in planning and executing our digital programs, ensuring a customer-centric approach, and bringing a positive attitude and innovative mindset daily.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead project management efforts, collaborating with Technical Leads, QA, Product & Account Managers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business and technical goals.Understand the relationships between technology, sales, operations, customer needs, and business objectives.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and task lists, coordinating multiple projects and communicating regularly with service departments for timely delivery.Manage risk and financial aspects, creating and maintaining relevant documentation.Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Manage external vendor and agency relationships, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and budgets.Monitor and report on project progress, participate in testing and implementation phases.Oversee project changes and RAID items to meet project goals and requirements.Coordinate with geographically dispersed teams for seamless execution.Ensure project portfolio aligns with strategic objectives.Communicate effectively with diverse personalities, adapting styles as needed.Apply creative and analytical problem-solving skills to foster innovation and excellence.Develop comprehensive project plans tracking milestones, budgets, and dependencies.Evaluate project progress using KPIs.Assist in business development activities like creating proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules.Job Requirements:
PMP Certification.5-7 years of experience managing website, mobile app, or gaming content implementation projects.Experience in project delivery roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, or Head of Delivery.Strong technical understanding of SDLC and incident management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, with proficient project management abilities.Innovative mindset, eager to explore new ideas and strategies.Leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams, address operational challenges.Proficiency in process management and improvement methodologies.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency with MS Office tools, Jira, and Airtable.#iLottery

Experience:
- PMP Certification.
- 5-7 years managing projects involving website, mobile app, or gaming content implementation.
Physical Requirements:
