About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Business Analyst who excels at bridging business needs with technical execution. In this hybrid role, you will gather and interpret requirements, analyze systems and workflows, and produce high‑quality documentation for diverse technical and non‑technical audiences. You will support solution design, contribute to Agile activities, and help ensure successful delivery through well‑defined requirements and structured communication.
ResponsibilitiesParticipate in Agile/Scrum activities such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain documentation standards, templates, and version control practices.
Required Qualifications
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Five9 or similar telephony platforms.
- Experience documenting APIs, integrations, or cloud-based systems.
- Familiarity with data models, SQL, or foundational system architecture.
- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of UX writing or customer-facing documentation.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or technical writing credentials.
