Role:
Lead Full Stack Engineer on W2

Duration:6+months

Rate: $80-85/hr on w2 on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in web architecture and enterprise application design.
• Deep knowledge of modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), build tools (Webpack, Node.js), and component-based UI architecture.
• Experience with CMS and enterprise frameworks like Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle ADF, or Java/Spring (frontend context).
• Deep understanding of frontend software patterns, architecture principles, and large-scale CSS organization.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (HIPAA, HITRUST), OWASP guidelines, and secure development lifecycle.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience guiding and mentoring UI development teams.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional teams (UX, backend, product management).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
