Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Kubernetes Container Platform Engineer to join their team. As a Kubernetes Container Platform Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support Department supporting the Cloud Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Kubernetes Container Platform Engineer

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Visa: No sponsorship available

• Experience with multiple Kubernetes distributions across both on-prem and cloud.
• Background with vSphere Kubernetes Service (VKS) or VCF stack.
• Experience with Azure AKS and AWS EKS (team uses both).
• Understanding of containerization beyond Docker image creation (cluster-level orchestration).
• Familiarity with Tanzu, Rancher, or PCF/TAS (nice-to-have, not required).
• Some exposure to application platforms (.NET core, Java) helps them understand user workflows but is not mandatory.
