Infrastructure Project Manager

Optomi, in partnership with a large enterprise organization in the financial services technology space, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager for immediate consideration. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility infrastructure projects across multiple business units as they undergo a major infrastructure modernization initiative.

This role is ideal for a hands-on enterprise IT Infrastructure Project Manager who is comfortable working closely with engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive delivery, manage risk, and communicate project status across the organization.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure initiatives (network refresh, hardware upgrades, migrations, and related efforts)
• Define scope, timelines, dependencies, and governance structure
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure engineers, security, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive mitigation plans
• Provide clear executive-level communication and status reporting
• Manage project lifecycle from initiation through implementation and closure
• Drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams
• Ensure predictable, consistent project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction

• 5+ years of enterprise IT Project Management experience
• Experience managing infrastructure or technical projects (network, data center, telecom, hardware refresh, migrations, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working directly with technical engineering teams
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and cross-functional dependencies

• Financial services, banking, or regulated industry experience
• PMP and/or Scrum certifications
• Experience managing large-scale change initiatives
• Familiarity with project governance and risk management practices

• Confident communicator who can present to leadership
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable bridging technical teams and business stakeholders
