Ab Initio Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled full-time Ab Initio Developer to join our team on-site in Alpharetta, GA. The Ab Initio Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade ETL and data-integration solutions.

This role involves working closely with data architects and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications, building optimized production-ready pipelines, troubleshooting data-processing issues, and ensuring high data quality across systems. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain detailed technical documentation to support scalable and reliable data operations.

• Strong proficiency in Ab Initio and enterprise ETL development
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in data integration and batch processing
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of large-scale pipelines
• Strong knowledge of data-quality techniques including profiling and cleansing
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving data-related issues
• Strong collaboration skills across QA, business, and architecture teams
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries is a plus
