Techno Functional Business Analyst - Wealth Management

Infosys is seeking a Techno Functional Business Analyst in Capital Markets & Wealth Management
. In this role, you will contribute to different phases of software development and enhancements, leading business system analysis, eliciting business requirements, performing gap and impact analysis using AI tools, and providing requirements through Jira to the development team. You will act as a liaison between the business and IT development teams and shape value‑adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet changing global needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Alpharetta, GA or be willing to relocate to this location. This position may require travel to project locations.

• Strong experience in Capital Markets, Wealth Management, SQL and Financial domain.

• Proven years of experience as a Business System Analyst in Capital Markets & Wealth Management domain.
• Basics of Generative AI & experience with any AI agents (Agentic AI tools like MS Copilot);
  Prompts Engineering is preferred.
• Strong data and domain knowledge with the ability to drive identification of solution options and recommendations for the product.
• Build relationships with upstream and downstream stakeholders and be key liaison for team.
• Develop expert data and domain knowledge, problem solving; drive identification of solution options and recommendation for the product.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, ability to identify risks and issues and propose improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. It requires the ability to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
