Scrum Master - GA

Our client, a leading organization in enterprise software modernization, is seeking a Scrum Master - GA to join their team. As a Scrum Master - GA, you will be part of the Agile Delivery team supporting multiple technical and development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Scrum Master - GA

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Pay Range: $70

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure they are efficient and purposeful.
• Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog aligned with business value.
• Remove impediments, manage dependencies across teams, and enable high-velocity delivery.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.
• Coach teams on agile best practices, metrics, estimation, flow management, and delivery predictability.

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead supporting software engineering teams.
• Proven track record of enabling successful delivery in complex, technical environments, including modernization efforts.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
• Experience facilitating dependencies and coordinating with architecture, Dev Ops, and QA teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
