Reporting & Analytics Solution Architect

We are seeking a temporary Reporting & Analytics Solution Architect to support reporting and analytics requirements for a new Supplier Risk Inherent Risk Survey tool within our Source-to-Pay (S2P) ecosystem. This role will design and deliver reporting solutions primarily in Coupa and SAS Viya, supporting business stakeholders with actionable insights and scalable data architecture.

The ideal candidate blends data architecture + data stewardship capabilities, is comfortable working across multiple S2P and risk-related systems, and can translate business requirements into technical reporting and ETL solutions.

• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards supporting the Supplier Risk Inherent Risk Survey process.
• Develop reporting solutions in:
  • Coupa reporting (Coupa core and Coupa CRA – Coupa Risk Assessment)
  • SAS Viya (data prep/analysis/reporting as applicable in your environment)
  • Create and maintain complex enterprise supplier risk reporting and dashboards for Committee and Executive Dashboards
• Identify process gaps and propose reporting-driven solutions to enable process improvement and operational monitoring.

• Create and maintain ETL/data architecture integrating multiple sources, including:
  • Coupa Core
  • Coupa CRA (Risk Assessments / Surveys)
  • Information Security data sources (as required)
• Partner with technical teams to ensure data pipelines, transformations, and outputs align with reporting needs and governance standards.
• Document data lineage and reporting logic to support auditability and repeatability.

• Manage business terms, definitions, and metadata in Collibra for Source-to-Pay.
• Ensure consistent definitions for key supplier risk and S2P measures (e.g., inherent risk scoring, survey completion, risk tiers, issue status).

• Provide day-to-day delivery support and technical workload assistance for internal leads, including:
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications and code
• Managing priorities and reporting intake
• Sharing business process context and output data structures with team members
• Work closely with the business process lead to anticipate upcoming needs and proactively design solutions aligned to future process changes.

• Strong experience as a Reporting/Analytics Solution Architect, BI/Data Architect, or Senior Reporting Developer supporting enterprise reporting programs.
• Hands‑on experience building reporting solutions in Coupa (Coupa core reporting required; Coupa CRA strongly preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with SAS Viya (reporting/analytics/data preparation) or demonstrably similar enterprise analytics platform experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL/data integrations across multiple systems and data domains.
• Experience with data governance and metadata management;
  Collibra experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (data models, transformations, reporting logic, calculated fields, alerts).
• Strong documentation discipline (definitions, lineage, specifications).

• Experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P), supplier risk, procurement, accounts payable, and supplier management domains.
• Experience integrating or reporting from supplier risk platforms and/or Information Security risk sources.
• Familiarity with alerting / exception management reporting patterns.
• Experience supporting regulated environments (e.g., financial services) with audit‑friendly reporting and governance controls.
