HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) configuration, integration, compliance management, and cross‑functional solution design.

United States (Georgia & Texas salary bands provided).

Actively hiring to support strategic global SAP initiatives and compliance‑driven transformation efforts.

This role drives enterprise‑wide SAP financial architecture, ensuring regulatory compliance, system integration, and scalable global finance solutions.

$120,500 – $276,500 annually (Georgia & Texas), based on experience, education, and location.

The SAP S/4

HANA FICO Lead serves as a technical authority within IT, leading configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of SAP Finance and Controlling modules. This role ensures compliance with regulatory frameworks (including SOX), manages integrations with third‑party systems, and drives strategic enterprise‑wide technology initiatives. The position partners cross‑functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, and executive leadership to design scalable, compliant, and innovative financial systems solutions.

• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance and Controlling modules.
• Design and optimize SAP FICO processes aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX compliance).
• Manage integrations between SAP S/4
  
  HANA and third‑party applications.
• Serve as subject matter expert for complex financial systems and compliance controls.
• Develop documentation for configuration, testing, compliance, and integration processes.
• Troubleshoot complex SAP FICO and integration issues.
• Lead cross‑functional development teams and mentor technical staff.
• Oversee unit testing strategy and execution.
• Provide executive‑level recommendations based on cross‑functional analysis.
• Drive innovation in enterprise infrastructure and software architecture.
• Apply global maintenance and support expertise across technology areas.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred. Finance background strongly preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience.
• 10+ years of SAP FICO configuration, testing, and support experience.
• Experience with global SAP deployments.
• Proven expertise in compliance management (audit controls, regulatory reporting).
• Strong integration experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and third‑party systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive influencing skills.

• SAP Solution Manager and SAP DRC experience.
• SAP Fiori and cloud solutions familiarity.
• SAP FICO or S/4
  
  HANA certification.
