Job Description

• Gather requirements and define business processes to modernize legacy systems to cloud‑based solutions such as Oracle WMS, Oracle ERP, and Workday HCM.
• Configure and validate Workday Core HCM modules including Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Absence & Leave, Payroll, and Time Tracking.
• Develop and design Oracle manufacturing modules such as WIP, BOM, OPM, and supply‑chain execution modules like OM, PO, and SE.
• Support the setup of OTC and PTP process cycles in Oracle ERP.
• Define new features and enhancements to migrate legacy railroad e‑commerce systems to newer applications hosted on the latest Java backend and frontend Angular versions.
• Develop and build TOSCA integration with Jenkins CI/CD pipeline, Jira, Neoload, and qTest to manage project development and quality assurance needs.
• Utilize multiple TOSCA features such as UI, Vision
  
  AI, Data Integrity, and API testing for validation and automated quality checks.
• Host all Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Prepare key implementation plan (KIP) documentation, generate reports, process‑flow diagrams, and Gantt charts.
• Full‑time position with travel involved to unanticipated client locations within the United States.

• Master's Degree (any field) or equivalent. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is accepted.
