We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support Specialist to join the ANSCO IT Team. In this role, you will be the frontline for technical excellence, ensuring our hardware, software, and network infrastructure remain seamless and reliable. From managing the full lifecycle of PC deployment to collaborating on large-scale infrastructure projects, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees and maintaining our organizational culture of service.

What you’ll do

Hardware Lifecycle Management:
Lead PC imaging, deployment, troubleshooting, and repairs. Coordinate with the IT team on procurement to ensure we have the best equipment for the job.

Technical Support & Resolution:
Act as the primary point of contact for end-user inquiries. Track, update, and resolve service requests with precision.

Network & Infrastructure Support:
Conduct connectivity testing for PCs and printers and assist with larger infrastructure projects and ad hoc assignments.

Problem Solving:
Resolve IT-related issues on-site.

What you’ll need

Technical Proficiency: A high degree of expertise in personal computers, data networking, and telecommunications.

Hardware Expertise:
Hands-on experience with physical installations, including PCs, printers, and peripheral hardware.

Software

Competency:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.

Communication:
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees.

Critical Thinking:
The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and maintain a sharp attention to detail.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Proven experience in PC setup, troubleshooting, and general IT maintenance.
