Brief Expectation of the RoleGCP SRE with good knowledge on production support, incident and change management.
Responsibilities- Involving in planning; understand the requirements of the build & deployment.
- Build cluster by setting up configuring Non-Prod, Prod environments with required software setup on GCP, Web Server/Appserver/NGInx/DB etc and scripting using Terraform, Kubernetes.
- Closely work with Infra team to understand the infrastructure required for the environment; setup application deployment configurations (Storage, logs creation, Rules, Firewalls/Network ports handling etc..).
- Utilize monitoring tools like Application Insights, Datadog and App Dynamics to track system performance and health.
- Understand existing build & deployment strategies/process and implement & enhance on new upgraded environment/applications.
- Coding infrastructure automation across the CI/CD pipeline.
