  • Coordinate with Salesforce developers on change intake and prioritization, sandbox strategy and UAT execution, and deployment planning and release scheduling
  • Ensure high‑quality releases through strong validation, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  • Maintain release calendars, deployment checklists, and post‑release verification standards
  • Own administration across multiple Salesforce orgs and environments
  • Define sandbox strategies, refresh cycles, and configuration alignment
  • Reduce configuration drift and promote reuse and consistency across orgs
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers to ensure the right balance between no‑code (configuration), low‑code (Flows), and pro‑code (Apex/LWC)
  • Represent the admin and platform stability perspective during solution design and technical planning
  • Influence admin/developer best practices across teams
Qualifications
  • BS in computer science or equivalent technical field.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Strong hands‑on expertise with Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Proven experience leading organizational hygiene and data governance initiatives
  • Experience in enterprise‑level release management
  • Experience with user access and security governance
