The Red Book Connect SFDC Reporting Analyst will report to the Director of Sales Operations and assist in developing and implementing processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, and infrastructure that will support and improve the operations of the Sales function.
Requirements- Support CEO and other executives in sales reporting needs
- Create reports and dashboards in SFDC to meet operational requirements including maintaining a standard set of queries/reports to satisfy requirements
- Validate queries/reports created by others in the organization and assist in the interpretation of data.
Qualifications
- Solid experience with
- Experience with custom reporting, views and dashboards
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
- Data manipulation
- Strong communication, documentation, prioritization skills
