Description of Position
:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Computer Science or Business Analytics and will play a key role in supporting the successful onboarding and implementation of client solutions. This role requires proficiency in data handling, communication, and project execution, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the configuration and deployment of solutions.
- Translate client needs into functional specifications and implementation plans.
- Utilize data visualization tools to analyze and present data in a clear and actionable format.
- Build and maintain implementation documentation and process flows.
- Perform data validation, transformation as needed.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis, build reports, and support decision‑making.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients through written reports, presentations, and regular updates.
- Ensure timely and accurate implementation of solutions, while identifying and addressing potential risks or issues.
- Work independently to manage priorities and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
- Act as a team player, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications needed to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience or strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools (e.g., Zoho, Agile, JIRA, Asana).
- Basic understanding of SQL or other data query languages.
