Associate Client Support Consultant
ADP is hiring an Associate Client Support Consultant.
In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.
Responsibilities- Client Support – help our clients manage their business using our solutions, including troubleshooting payroll issues and collaborating with multiple business units to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Learn – continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, and other products and desktop support tools.
- Organize – adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls; phone time may increase during peak seasons.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
- College degree is great but not required; other acceptable experiences include previous experience noted above or military experience.
