Job Description

Must have technical/functional skills:

• Experience in Commercial Excellence (Sales, Service, Marketing, CRM, CPQ, and eCommerce)
• Experience in consulting and transformation engagements (strategy definition, process transformation, technology evaluation, business architecture, roadmap definition, business case development)
• Knowledge of various leading technology platforms
• Experience in Front Office Transformation and CPQ consulting (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP)
• Including industry benchmarking, product evaluation, design business architecture, define strategy
• Exposure to AI strategy and consulting

• Advise leading global manufacturing clients on CRM, Sales and Service processes in automotive and industrial equipment companies.
• Execute breakthrough domain consulting engagements, supporting the entire sales cycle – business development, proposal development, pre‑sales, etc.
• Develop use cases and guide technical teams for POC/solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customers.
• Publish thought‑leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, and participate in leading industry forums.
• At least 2 full‑lifecycle implementation experiences in the platform; experience with both B2C and B2B scenarios is preferred.
• Exposure to working in various ERP solutions and integrating with CPQ platforms; review and approve data models for the project.
• Experience in enabling guided selling processes for channel partners and customers.
• Guide technical teams in design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of B2C and B2B CPQ best practices, use cases, and architecture principles.
• Exposure to integration patterns/mechanisms for leading CPQ products.
• Define Front Office transformation (including CPQ) roadmap and strategy, product evaluation and solution design for manufacturing clients.
• Lead teams in consulting and implementation projects.
• Identify opportunities through business connections with clients and relationships within the TCS ecosystem.
• Lead RFP responses and contribute.
• Good / Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, initiative taking, and innovative thinking.
• Track emerging business models and trends for applicability in manufacturing.
• Build connections with analysts, speak jointly with customers in key industry forums, and publish thought‑leadership articles.

Base Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 per annum.
