Data Analyst, Data Science Manager

What You’ll Do- Define and own the enterprise data and AI strategy, aligning capabilities to growth, efficiency, and customer experience goals.
- Establish strong data governance (quality, definitions, ownership, lineage, security, and access) so leaders can trust the numbers.
- Prioritize analytics and AI initiatives using business value, risk, cost, feasibility, and adoption readiness that demonstrate a measurable impact on productivity, quality, revenue, or cycle time.
- Partner with Product and Enterprise Platforms on high‑value use cases that improve fill rates, productivity, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and workflow efficiency.
- Oversee delivery of data pipelines, analytics layers, dashboards, and AI‑enabled solutions where appropriate.
- Create a disciplined KPI and insight cadence to support decision‑making and validate business outcomes.
- Enable self‑service analytics while preventing metric sprawl and inconsistent definitions.
- Set standards for AI lifecycle management, including model monitoring, bias review, explainability, and retirement decisions.
- Build and lead the talent model across BI, analytics, and architecture—setting clear priorities and performance expectations.
- Partner with Architecture and Governance to ensure data and AI solutions are secure, scalable, and integrated.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in data, analytics, BI, and/or AI.
- Proven experience building or modernizing enterprise data capabilities in a growth‑oriented organization.
- Strong command of data architecture, BI, analytics engineering, and governance.
- KPI design tied to revenue, conversion, productivity, and service performance.
- AI/ML fundamentals, responsible use, monitoring, and risk management.
- Ability to challenge weak assumptions, poor metrics, and low‑value AI ideas.
- Exceptional influence skills across sales, recruiting, finance, operations, and technology.
- Clear communicator who can translate technical tradeoffs for business and executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
